Greetings! I’m Tiffany – Your Partner in Breastfeeding Success
My breastfeeding journey began 20 years ago when I nursed my first baby. After successfully breastfeeding two children, I faced unexpected challenges with my third. Determined to overcome those struggles, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about breastfeeding. What started as a personal mission quickly turned into a passion for helping others navigate their own breastfeeding journeys.
I began my professional career as a breastfeeding peer counselor with my local WIC & Nutrition Program. In that role, I taught breastfeeding basics, offered guidance through challenges, and encouraged moms to feel confident in their abilities. Living in a rural community, I saw just how isolating the breastfeeding journey could be for many families. Limited access to lactation support only made those challenges harder, and I became determined to help fill those gaps in care.
To better serve the families I worked with, I pursued advanced training in lactation, first earning my Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential and later becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Over the years, I’ve spent thousands of hours working with families, guiding them through diverse and complex breastfeeding challenges. My personal experience navigating tongue-tie, weight gain concerns, reflux, hypotonia, high palate, bottle refusal, and other obstacles with my own four children allows me to approach my work with both expertise and empathy. I specialize in maternal and infant nutrition, baby-led weaning, pumping (including flange sizing and exclusive pumping), breastfeeding with sensory or neurodivergent needs, secure attachment, and managing breastfeeding alongside conditions like PCOS and diabetes.
Community is at the heart of everything I do. I founded the Tri-County Breastfeeding Support Group in North Florida, served as a leader in the Capital Area Breastfeeding Coalition, and regularly participate in local outreach activities. My goal has always been to normalize and destigmatize breastfeeding while building a circle of support for families.
Beyond my professional qualifications, I rely deeply on my faith to guide my work and relationships. As a devoted follower of Christ, I strive to serve each family with compassion, understanding, and kindness. "Let all that you do be done in love." – 1 Corinthians 16:14
When you work with me, you’re not just getting expert lactation care—you’re connecting with someone who understands the ups and downs of breastfeeding firsthand and who is committed to your family’s well-being. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
